Strange feeling....

I'm sure it'll pass. I have seen my doctor as many times in my life as fingers on one hand and I'm still here today (will be 30 in the spring)

Sleep, water, proper diet, good to go.

The OP needs to see a doctor,if he does have CO problems in his home, not only does he need to know it but the whole family needs to know.

If there is a problem with CO,they could be in serious danger.

The chances are that it is nothing serious but he needs to make sure.

I'm not on any medications (unless you count tylenol for back pain and occasional headache). I don't really display any symptoms of a cold or the flu. The feeling goes away if I'm sitting looking ahead for long periods of time (such as driving) but sitting here, if I tilt, or turn my head the feeling returns instantly. I'm sort of between doctors right now (switching finally from family pediatrician to primary care doctor. I've also sort of been under a lot of stress lately for various reasons, and anxious... Maybe this has something to do with it?

A car forum is a really bad place to seek medical advice. I would add "questionable judgment at times" to your list of symptoms when you see the doc

Your Cats would be showing you where the leak is. maybe dog. But, moreso, cats. Depends on if it is that and if you have cats and a dog. They HATE CO2. And they KNOW you can fix it! They also know everything else. They are cats. They know everything.

Are you waiting for blood tests to come back?

If our Point-Of-Care Blood Analysis Device was on the market, you'd have the results in 3 minutes. No kidding.
