Strange clicking/rattling sound

Hello all

2016 Hyundai Genesis 3.8L, 54k miles.

There is some sort of clicking or rattling sound going on here. I can't figure out what it is or where it's coming from. Sometimes it sounds like it's coming from the back seat area. Anyway, usually happens when the vehicle is cold but sometimes even when it's warm. And it happens around 30 MPH, at least that's when I hear it the most. And the cadence doesn't change with engine speed; it remains constant the whole time.

It is really difficult to tell on the video, but it almost sounds like a leaf or twig is stuck in the HVAC vent blower motor. Does the clicking noise go away if you shut off the HVAC completely?

I searched the interweb and a Reddit discussion describes exactly your issue (cold, 28-30mph) and they're claiming rear driveshaft, although their TSB 20-DS-002H speaks more of a "vibration"
