Summer tires. Steering wheel centered. Car drives straight with hands off wheel. Swapped to my all seasons. Steering wheel now not centered. Car drives straight with hands off wheel. What causes this?

My all seasons are 4.5/32" for the fronts and look to be evenly worn. Rears are 6/32" evenly worn and the other is brand new at 10/32" that replaced a damaged one (also at 6/32").

I have been meaning to rotate front to back to see if it changes.

This is good info. Per my other thread, I recently put on continental tour 54 tires. I’ve noticed a leftward pull that was not there before. It seems it must be related to conicity.

Granted, my left front tire (only) wore a bit on the outer edge.

Makes me wonder if an alignment issue exists. I’ll use the troubleshooting from the site to evaluate.

Those tires have 90k on them, so it can’t be that severe. It is the wheel that I hit a bad plow-made pothole some years ago that bent my rim and caused a blowout. So there maybe something needed…
