I got a popup on my computer about this. Says it provides free auction history information. The product page has many misspelling and broken English like,

No registration needn't, Could it works on mobile?​

Is it safe to download? Would virus protection cover it?

Mobile doesn't support browser extensions, I wouldn't trust anything that isn't spellchecked and, in my mind, bad grammar is only acceptable from a non-english country.

That was posted as a Q&A. Many Russian buyers so I can assume it was created by a Russian. And spell check doesn't catch grammatical errors.

Do you have an old beater laptop or a sandbox you can try it in? I wouldn't put it on my main machine I use to bank or buy things with.

Usually Chrome scrutinizes their browser extensions and pulls them down.
