I inherited my dad’s stanleybthermos and cooler combo and an older bullet style one. I know lots of you folks probably had or have one and use it. I put homemade soup in mine and take to work. Or coffee.

My daughter (29) bought me one for Xmas (with help) when she was 5. One of the best gifts ever. I use it for coffee, soup and even chili out in the bush cutting trees or ice fishing and camping trips.
A true buy it for life product then.
I had one of those fall off of a 750 Supersport at 122MPH and survive.
I think it had glass inside, but it still didnt break and didnt leak.
My grandfather has one that is missing most of the paint by now. That thing spent decades riding in the floor of whatever OTR truck he was driving. I don't ever remember a trip where we left without it. I have one as well but don't use it anymore. Stomach issues have stopped my coffee drinking almost 100%.
A dear pal used one all his working life...from 17 on...in a factory.

I've got one of those I got at a garage sale and used back when I drilled water wells. My Mom has my Grandpa's Stanley luchbox and thermos that he used for many years. It's worn, but all there and functional still (must be at least 75 years old now)
My Aunt gave me this oldie but goodie about 30 years ago. The new ones, which I have 2 of are nothing compared to this classic for keeping fluids cool or hot. Been using these for over 3 decades myself. Dont get me wrong, the new ones are good and worth the money.
What better gift to give your favorite cop for Christmas? I have 4. 3 are the traditional green hammered finish and 1 is a nice matte black. All have been to hell and back over the years. Still perform the miracle of a thermos by keeping hot things hot, and cold things cold. I'm always amazed at how they know

Another high quality manufacturer. I have a 30 year old rice cooker that I still use from them.
Isn't Stanley the thermos that people were fighting over in Target a few months ago?

You can also use it for soup, tea or just hot water (that's what we use ours for).
Had mine for almost 20 years now.
