G getnpsi Joined Oct 30, 2007 Messages 697 Location Fontana, California Apr 15, 2009 #2 On my neon the top piece lifts off and i was able to insert very small rubber grommets where each fastener screws in and that helped a lot. If your dash is able to come apart easy i would try the same method.
