If a business runs out of a promised feature like sprouts, they should simply tell you at the time of purchase.
Did the restaurant deliberately lie about it?
Was the business ignorant of the shortcoming?
Would or could the business instruct its employees to mention the absence of an ingredient?
Are the employees or managers capable of thinking and communicating?
