Done!

Gee, you guys use a cooler? Take the beer out and put it on the snow and ice, it keeps it colder. If it's for bait, then it's OK. You don't want it to freeze, you catch more fish when the bait is fresh and moving.

Carry On.

The thing I remember about dairyland rural Wisconsin in the Spring is that it was manure spreading season.

Odoriferously distinctive.

I could use some of that ice. Was 84F Fri., 89F yesterday and 94F today. This is late June, early July weather. I've already got my garden in.

When you're on an ice floe, do you ice-fish or just fish normally?

Typical for us average Cheesehead ice fishermen. Once we find a "hot" hole, we really hate to give it up!

Wonder if anyone pointed out to these two that this chunk of ice was on the udder side of the da lake the day before?
