Speedol HDEO?

Recently Amazon had 1-gallon jugs of Speedol brand 15w40 syn blend for $9 delivered. Made in Turkey. Claimed CK4 cert with “approvals” for some Euro truck OEM plus Cummins, Cat etc (if these are legit ... who knows). Anybody use before? I’m running in an old beater pickup and nothing’s exploded yet.

Their 10W-40 is on the MB228.51 list, but the 15W-40 only claims MB228.31 and I can't find it on the list

If they buy the oil in bulk from another certified producer, and repackage it, they are certified but not on the list. It happens. Some brands are nothing but repackagers
