Speaking of smoking...

A good friend decided to quit smoking and loose weight, and did it cold turkey. He had tried twice before, but each time started up again when stress came on or something else happened.

It was all a matter of how much he wanted it.
 
Stu, congrats on quitting. I quit a few years ago but had to substitute dipping at least a little. My problem is I DIDN'T want to quit. Not at all. If someone came out tomorrow with a cig that was just as nasty but didn't cause cancer or emphysema, I'd become a 4 pack a day smoker. But I did it for my health and that of my kids. I know the dipping isn't helping, but I'm slowly weaning myself off that with a coffee addiction.
