Late wife was a Seoul Girl. She made SPAM fried rice with bacon, SPAM macaroni and cheese, spaghetti and Spam, SPAM and Kimchi pizza, oh I forget everything she could do with SPAM.

I haven't had Spam for decades, put some in front of me and I will gladly eat it. Spam and eggs, Spam and hash brown potatoes, Spam sandwiches or Spam and Spam.

it’s not that bad. I’m amazed my grandparents are bacon, eggs, biscuits and other unhealthy foods back in their day. BUT, they worked like the devil from before dawn til’ dark

That is because we are being fooled by people calling bacon and eggs unhealthy.

Why would the fat clog the heart. The preservatives may be a problem.

I like spam, but don't eat it a lot. Growing up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland I liked scrapple and beat biscuits.
