Yes this is quite the fanciful fabrication.
Would be more believable if it was a work truck with a welder/generator on the back charging the Tesla.

What does the 110 outlet in a F-whatever put out because if you charge using a standard wall outlet at home you only charge at like 2-3 miles per hour.

My 2019 is 400 Watts.
F250 and 350 cabs are generally the same as the F150.

The slowest charging rate allowed by SAE J1772 is 6 amps, and I've never seen an EVSE that supported that 6 amp charge rate. But even if they found one, it'd still consume 720 watts and charge at a rate of less than 2 miles per hour.

Not all heroes wear capes. I saw a video not too long ago where a guy was using a Honda generator to charge up a Tesla.
