Probably like 400-600 watts is all these interior plugs give. They're meant for like laptops and small things. The hybrid f150 can give a lot of power out of the bed though.
 
Wouldn't the fuse blow on the Ford?
What does the 110 outlet in a F-whatever put out because if you charge using a standard wall outlet at home you only charge at like 2-3 miles per hour.
 
F250 and 350 cabs are generally the same as the F150.

Plug in the dash is 400W.

The slowest charging rate allowed by SAE J1772 is 6 amps, and I've never seen an EVSE that supported that 6 amp charge rate. But even if they found one, it'd still consume 720 watts and charge at a rate of less than 2 miles per hour.
 
The truck has an inverter. Mine has the same exact one. It’s 400W
