So, the blue label Mobil1 is for blue cars, red for red cars, etc?

You need green oil. Look for some euro Castrol or leftover Kendall GT-1... [Smile]
 
TSoA/jsharp, Definitely the Castrol...I used to use GT-1, but alas, it is no longer green....
 
I just used some green Castrol in a silver car, will it hurt it?
 
...no; you are fortunate as silver is a universal color and therefore the green Castrol will work just fine; never ever, however, put Royal Purple in a green car...the clash will be too much for the additive package and you will have a...ahem...Royal Mess! [Big Grin]
 
Yes, I understand. It makes sense that a green car cannot use purple oil. Thanks for the info.

Man, that's a relief. I thought I'd have to paint my car yellow to continue using Pennzoil. [Wink]
