So, 4 years ago I traded a neighbor a working snowblower for a dead jeep wrangler. I threw a yard engine into it, and started to fix all of the issues little with it, while I drive it.
Its always had this weird grill guard hoop thing that seemed to be made from solid metal. It also didn't ever have a front sway bar... I just figured softly sprung wranglers were just like that.
It turns out that someone broke a link or a mount, and instead of fixing it, they decided to turn it into some weird astetic thing. I probably would have never removed it, but I'm trying to mount some fog lights and it was right in the way... boy do I feel dumb
