Smoked brisket and drumsticks.

I smoked a baby brisket (individual type sizes HEB sells) and some chicken drumsticks. Girlfriend doesn’t eat beef so I buy a small one. She doesn’t have her gal bladder,so she can’t digest it. As you can see it’s so tender it’s falling to pieces!!

Whaaat!? I know you don't like myoglobin leaking out of your steak but now this? Maybe you just haven't found any brisket that liked you.

Collard greens or spinach are among my favorite sides when having BBQ. I'm not familiar with the Knorr product. Don't they make all those instant sauces and mixes that come in pouches or boxes?

Yeah the Knorr stuff,I can take it or leave it. I should've gotten the cheddar broccoli one.

Looks good. Although I do prefer a more peppery and darker bark on mine.

I know this was an old smoke but, what kind of wood did you use?

Looks amazing . We had a smoker but it got left outside and it rusted . But oh well still get them at restaurants occasionally.
