I would not buy a Wi-Fi Smart lock unless it also has a key lock unless you have another entrance, back or side door that you can enter. Without, if the electronics fail, break a window, break the door, ......
I finally bought it. It's a hybrid of smart and dumb lock, it is always locked if the batteries are installed and can be unlocked with a physical key, fingerprint, passcode or with the app via a Bluetooth connection. Should have done this way sooner.
I'll never get a smart lock, a smart thermostat, or even a smart toaster. Call me paranoid. And it's not only because the companies who install smart locks have terrible security problems.
