This oil is now called sold under the Fuchs name in the UK.
A very good oil, highly recommended in the [censored] car scene in the UK, especially the Skyline fraternity.
S stands for Sport And there is a 15w50 version branded R, which is for Race and for cars used more aggressively.
Greece is still fairly warm in the winter months, isn't it?
I would run it all year round without any issues.
You may find the North American bias of the forum will lead to some saying it is too thick and will ruin your engine and call for instant change to 5w20 with some MMO and Kreen.

You can Email Opieoils for a specific recomendation when your car is modified like yours, I assume you drive it fairly hard?
If you are concerned about running 10w50 in colder weather then you could always consider the 5w40 Pro S which is specced for the Lotus Elise with the 1.8 version of that engine.
Not sure if it is the same engine as in yours but I think it is similar, I am sure that engine was a development of a collaboration between Yamaha/Lotus/Toyota but I may be wrong on that. I seem to remember the version fitted to the Lotus Elise had a different oil pump.
