should i change oil types ?

i have been using pp but i now have over 87000 miles on my focus. should i now switch to penzsoil high millage or just stay with the platinum . by the way the car is not burning oil. thanks for help.

As you can see I have about the same mileage on my Focus and the engine is like new clean from what I can see. I plan to use the same oil in mine till the cows come home. The only time to go to a HM oil is if there is a need, such as sludge, slight oil leaks, etc.

Stick with PP, 87,000 miles is not High Mileage.

My 1994 LS400 with more than 270k miles still have normal non HM oils. The engine consumed 1/2 quarts every 3-4k miles since new and continue until now.
