'Shop Pro' Complete Fuel System Cleaner---High Mileage

Has anybody used this product that's sold at Autozone for $5.49 but is often (and currently) on sale @ 2 for $5.
The 12 oz. bottle claims to treat up to 21 gallons.
It does smell very much like Regane, Techron etc...but that doesn't mean much I'm sure.
I ran a bottle through my GDI Focus gas tank a few weeks ago before changing the oil and
I do get the same feel I get after running one of those 2 name brand cleaners listed above (free revving and peppier).
I'm guessing it may be the 'placebo effect' but I'm wondering if it's possible that it does contain some PEA?

It says on the bottle "In USA, Distributed by Best Parts, Inc. Memphis, TN 38103
Maybe I'll try to get a PDS on it from them but I'm not hopeful to get much info.

It's a standard basic cleaner and not POA so it won't clean as good as a Regane or Techron but for the money it makes a good maintenance product to keep things clean better than it will actually clean.

The SDS leaves room for1% of unknown ingredients that might possibly be PEA?? Does not look too promising.
