Shell selling rebranded Pennzoil in Europe?

I've been browsing the Shell.es website lately and have noticed some oils that weren't there before.

10W-30 PCMOs have basically never really existed in Europe, just like you just don't see 15W-40 PCMO's in the U.S.

For example :

Shell HX5 SN 10W-30, ILSAC GF-5.

Rebranded Pennzoil Yellow Bottle 10W-30?

I think Pennzoil and Quaker State are really only used here in the US & Canada, in Europe the same oils tend to be sold under the Shell name, for example Shell Helix Ultra is sold under the Pennzoil Ultra Platinum name stateside.

Well yes, that is exactly what i meant, same oil, sold in different markets under different brands.

We have had 10w30 in Germany for at least 30 years that I can remember, Ford spec 5w30 for at least 15 years and xw20 since the appearance of the Prius labeled hybrid oil.

Don't be surprised as it's just marketing.

Bottom line, it is Shell! Whether it is Pennzoil or BMW TT, it is Shell product.

Interesting, i have never seen 10W-30 PCMO in Spain.
I know Ravenol makes a 10W-30 PCMO, but i could only get it through Autodoc here in Spain shipped from Germany ofcourse.
