Here's the UOA I had done of Shell Rotella T6 5W-40, after 3000 miles, and quite a bit of tracking.

Oil type with viscosity - Shell Rotella T6 5W-40 Fully Synthetic
Miles on the oil - 3000, 2 months, 150-200 track miles
Vehicle type/engine - 06 Mazdaspeed6, 2.3L turbo direct injection 70,000 miles
Driving conditions - normal/sprinted, 50/50 highway/city, summer temps 70-90F.
Track conditions - 1 day oil temps @ 260-275F for 1.5hrs, 1 day @ 250F for 1hr, ambient temps 70-90F

It looks like this oil holds up very well to higher temps, and the abuse of being at higher RPMs for extended periods of time. Plus, I'm glad of the wear results on the engine.

Man, that zink number is awesome if true and probably why the wear numbers are so low. :D

Considering the tracking, nice report Matt. Especially for our car, which beats the crud out of oils (see the recent M1 5w30 for ours posted here where the car tore that oil to shreds).

If anyone's wondering, the UA's are based on 4,500 miles I believe.

From my research into Shell Rotella T Synthetic, these are the relative Zn/P levels in the current and former formulations:

CI-4+ RTS: Zn 1403 / P 1249
CJ-4 RTS: Zn 1365 / P 1215

So you're not depleting your Zn/P at all and actually making more. Get them to re-run it. They should know better considering they've done VOAs on it!
