I've looked into this and walmart is not on the list. You could try to use Other, but I doubt it will work sadly

Ignore me and submit. I was thinking the chevron delo rebates. Walmart is not allowed with theirs for whatever reason.

I am 100% aware that it's in the drop down. I saw your original post, and after you posted it, I admitted that it looks like walmart is fine here and that I was confusing this with the delo 400 xsp rebate. So I submitted a rebate here like @53' Stude did and we just got denied.

Hmm, so walmart is on the drop down list, but they denied your rebate because you bought it from walmart?

Talking to them now. They have me on hold but she said Walmart is indeed a participating store. I'll update this when she comes back from hold.

OK so she came back and said that I submitted it under the wrong rebate claim. She said that I submitted it under 2419, which you can see in the header below from my rebate claim.

She said it should have been 2391. She is emailing over correctly for me apparently.

This seems like a bogus reason to me. I used the rebate form that is active on the site. Shell is always doing this kind of BS. They always wind up approving me, but it's always jumping through hoops like this, most often with a phone call or email required.

I don't think I will get it. She was going to handle this for me on the back end. Did you get denied as well?

Their system is crap. I used the correct link, so this reason seems like BS to me.

Yes try to call a couple times at first it had me pushing buttons to get to a customer service but in the middle it would hang up on me and the last 3 times no pick up

Thanks for posting the details. Good to hear it sounds like it will be honored. Not at all shocked about the run around...I've had the same experience before with them with other rebates, but agree they ususally make it right but always have to give them a call to resolve it.

Every body make the call. I got customer service today she put me on hold then she came back and said Walmart is participating store and she would fix it for me (said I will see the rebate in 6 weeks) but as JonnyAbs said I don’t think there going to correct it if you don’t call them about.

Too late. They already lost my business even though I am not involved in the transaction. They failed customer service 101.
