Toyota dealer is selling this and I have found no information about it on the internet. Does anyone have information about it? Thanks

Regardless of what you find or don't find about that specific cleaner, you should ask the dealer how they know the system needs cleaning and ask them them to show you how they know this.

The service advisor recommended it as a carbon buildup preventative. I typically use Gumout with regane every 5000 miles.

Your Camry is PFI. Just keep doing what you are doing.
