At BITOG people get criticized for not maintaining their cars, and apparently, when they do. j/k
Judging by the sign that says "30k-60k-90k service" I'm guess they do more than just oil changes.

Might be getting an annual state inspection. Lots of quick lubes in NC do that.
No annual inspections in CA.

I use 10w30 Castrol GTX and a can of STP in mine. Old skool baby!
