Setting up on-line account access for an elderly relative. I set up her DSH account and that works. Verified her account info and bill status. That part works.
However, is it necessary to have the sat. receiver connected to the 'net in order to use her account on-line? Currently the rec'vr is not net connected nor does it have any wifi capability. If true, I find this quite restrictive. She's paying for the sports package, yet when she's at her daughters who doesn't have it, she's unable to view sports on-line (streaming)?
