My condolences.
Similar things have happened in my old army regiment, but it often goes unreported as it's not a combat death. But in many respects it really is, as that was the seed of the situation.

Wow...sad to hear this.

These guys deserve better care when home. They've been through a lot, in many cases an overwhelming amount of 'a lot'. Far, far too many never find their way back to their former lives.
