I own a 92 s-10 4x4 4.3.I can't figure out what the problem is with my driver side turn signals.I changed all of the bulbs an that side of the vehicle and I still can't get the problem figured out.The signal lamp on the dash comes on but does not flash and I can't hear the clicking sound from the flasher. This is probably an easy fix but I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed.Any help would be appreciated.

Did you check the teeny side marker light next to the headlight? Sometimes those are involved. If all lights are good, you could try a heavy duty flasher. Look for junk in the trailer wire connector or bad splices going up there, and corrosion in all the light sockets.

You could try the flasher but in my experiance if its giving problems it'll do the same on both sides. I am thinking its with a bad socket or ground at one of the lights. If you have red rear turn singals a bad rear socket might show up with brake lights as well.
