The Trans was apart last year, and there are no issues with the syncro's. The clutch is in fine shape and properly adjusted. The issues i was having with the Pennzoil syncromesh where when hot only. The cheap store brand 10W30 worked better but not great hence the reasoning for looking for another fluid. my though was Rotella was probably more similar to the factory spec 10W30 of it's day.
