A Kartrashian special.
Perfect market segment for an EV. People with Rolls levels of wealth take their private jets to go anything probably past 80 miles (if not less in urban areas with horrific traffic) away so range is not an issue and their mega mansions definitely can have chargers installed in their 40 car garage. I bet Jay Leno already has a reservation. 
Without the twinkle stars in the headliner, dash and door panels I hope.

It looks like a pimp wagon. What was RR/BMW thinking putting such an atrocity in that car.
