They probably moved the cotton to make nice comfy nests.
I placed pieces of Irish Spring soap in my toolbox to keep the little b——rds out of trying to live there.
They tried, very hard I hope, to remove the soap given the deep scratches in it. But they couldn’t and I have no more nests in my toolbox.
