RockAuto says AISIN ATFDW1 is equivalent to HCF-2

RockAuto says AISIN ATFDW1 is equivalent to HCF-2, but I don't think so. What do you guys think? Is there a good equivalent that won't break the bank to Honda HCF-2?

HCF-2 is a CVT fluid, correct? If so, Castrol CVT from Amazon is the best deal at $35 for a case of 6 quarts

Some Honda CVT's use Honda CVT, but my Accord needs Honda HCF-2. So is the Castrol CVT a good replacement for HCF-2?

Yes, Castrol CVT is ok to use where HCF-2 is called for with no problems Castrol CVT PDS

Castrol CVT Product Sheet states it is an HC-2 equivalent. I have not used it. I did service a 2013 Accord Sport; I used Honda HC-2 from the dealer. Castrol CVT Product Shhet

Redline CVT fluid is my go to when I have a HCF2 shortage at dealer and need only half a qt. Plus its good to -76F Pour.
