Never seen it. You have to play the shipping game at RA. For example, it was cheaper to order front and rear brake rotors separately.

Their shipping is how they make money. It's a total scam.
If you want multiple parts you are usually better off ordering one item a day. (usually)
Have you tried shipping anything lately? It is far from a scam or how they make money. Shipping is expensive. Amazon has spoiled us with 'free shipping'.
I just used this one that I found on facebook, supposedly expires 10/24/25. It worked. btw I wonder why folks post bogus codes? It was literally the 5th that I tried from various forums. Worked for me, ymmv.

I wanted to get pink HOAT coolant for my Lexus radiator job, and it's pricey. RA is $13.20 per gal and $9.99 to ship, and I ordered 3. Added qty 7 PF63's and still $9.99. I'll think if anythying else to throw in, but truthfully, I'd be ok just getting the coolant and paying $10 to ship, it's still cheaper than local stores (around $24.99/gal).

I noticed that, too. Seems to work that way with bulky/heavy orders. Shipping can vary between brands depending on location. Sometimes I can add several items and/or quantity before the shipping increases. I don’t see shipping as a money maker. I usually buy more than I need now to save shipping cost on stuff I know I’ll need later. Plus, BITOG has turned into a little bit of a hoarder…kinda. I really can’t complain.
