It rained and a road crew just laid some road slurry on my street.I drove in the rain and now have splatters of road tar on my plastic trim pieces and all over the lower portion of my my vehicle. I went to a car wash but it didnt' remove any of it. Is there anything out there that can remove this as well as polish/save my paint?

In the town I work for, there sure is...it's called taxpayers' money, if the road crew neglected to put up a "use at your own risk" sign at each end of the construction area!

Seriously. But your laws may vary.

It's been terrible, this is the second cancellation due to weather, yet they leave the no parking signs up and I end up parking a block or two away. Anyway, I found and old bottle of SS Nathans Liquid Lustre lying around and it worked well, except my garage and finish on my car smell like kerosene.

Hopefully the city will send thee a bill for services rendered. It was mighty kind of them to assist in rustproofing the underside of thine conveyance.
