Farewell, John Hammond. It's sad we've lost two such huge names in acting in the past couple weeks

Indeed RIP. I first saw him on the screen in the 1965 version of "Flight of the Phoenix", but I think I will always remember him as "John Hammond", the head of the genetics firm "InGen" who thought it was a genius idea to use the blood of prehistoric mosquitoes to bring the dinosaurs back to life.

My recollection of Richard Attenborough will always be his chilling portrayal of mass murderer John Christy in the movie
10 Rillington place.

Probably one of the Creepiest movies I have seen, likely because of the extreme authenticity of the script.

(the actual house of the murders was used in the filming, and the execution scene raised questions in parliament for violation of the official secrets act.)

A very talented actor, RIP.
