During a valiant effort to remove all the rust and brake stains on my rims that accumulated over the winter, I decided that a green scotch brite pad was right for the job.
Well, as you've probably already guessed, the rims got scratched up pretty nicely. Essentially, the smooth finish that they used to have is not quite there anymore.
Can I ever make these rims shiny again ( at least on the outer visible parts ) without dipping them or anything ridiculous like that? How? Thanks in advance.
