Reputable online QR code generator?

I need to make a non-expiring static QR code. I made one last year and had a horrible time with the outfit I used, which makes me skittish of what comes up in a search.

Anybody know of a reputable online QR code generator that will make me a non-expiring static QR code with no strings attached?

Thanks. I'll keep that one for future reference.

I have since discovered that Barcode Graphics (part of GS1) has QR code generation in addition to their core business of UPC codes. It costs about $11 per QR code, which is fine by me. GS1 is about as reputable as it gets, and we're already a member of GS1.
