Replcaing just one injector?

Does this cause problems?

Specifically I had 6 injectors cleaned, flow tested etc etc.
One turned out to be cracked so I need to replace it.
Will this make the car run poorly etc?

Shouldn't be any problem at all.... injectors may get dirty but seldom wear .

No problem. Unusual to see a cracked one though.

Totally acceptable. It is common to replace just one spark plug when there is a misfire under warranty as well.
