I had to refresh my Windows 10 and lost the the many icons I had. I now only have 5 or so Icons to use with new files. How do I get the many icons available to use? Hope this is clear enough to understand. Ed

When I have a file with an icon and I went to "change icon" there was a list/picture of maybe 100 icons to chose from. Now there are maybe 4. I need more choices.
Anyone?

Suggest using OneDrive to back up your desktop, that way if you have to reset your machine, your icons will return.
