Sorry, you owner's manual does NOT say your CR-V requires synthetic oil. From your manual:
"You may also use synthetic motor oil if it is labeled with the API Certifi cation Seal
and is of the specifi ed viscosity grade."
That does not mean you are required to use synthetics, but can.
thanks. However I am unaware of a 0W20 oil that is not synthetic. The oil cap says 0w20 and the manual says:
• Genuine Honda Motor Oil
• Premium-grade 0W-20 detergent oil with an API Certification Seal on the
container
and wife is a keeper for sure lol
