Removing Water

Is there an oil additive that helps remove water? I have some residual water in my oil due to an overfill. I'm seeing some cloudiness in the oil and am getting some vapor out through the oil fill cap when removed. Any suggestions?

First of all

Get the level correct and take it out for a LONG drive. Like on the highway for a hour one way.

If that does not clear it up, changing the oil is the other way.

I'd NOT TRUST anything that says it gets rid of water in the oil...

I would change the oil.
I would check that your PCV valve and hose are working properly. Assuming you have one.

This is on a marine engine. A 4.3, V-6 long block. I overfilled with anti-freeze (the pink stuff). Some got into my crankcase. I've changed the oil 4 times or so, and am seeing vapor coming out of the oil fill. I think there's something like 200-250ppm water present according to a visual sample test.
