I had my wifes '11 Camry serviced the other day.

The tech at the Toyota dealership had a ball point pen in his back pocket when he drove the car out of the service bay.

He left a black mark about 1" long on the light gray leather.

Didn't notice the mark until this morning.

The dealer will clean it for us,but we'll have to leave the car at the dealer which is a hassle.

I tried a Meguiars leather cleaner wipe (we use on our Tahoe) and it didn't even phase the ink. What else can I try before I have to go through the hassle of shuffling cars at the dealer?

At least he didn't have a screwdriver in his pocket! What was it in for anyway?

LOF and Rotate.

I had a blue ink pen mark on my white piping. Surf City Garage Dash Away took it off no problem. Also use it to clean/protect the rest of your interior. No worries about additional damage -- as that's what the product was designed for. You should be able to buy Surf City products at your local Wal Mart or AAP.
