What do you guys think of a larger remote mount filter. I am going to put one on my Jeep. It will change from a 3387A to a PH8A ( Not using a fram of course just refernce to the part numbers). So will the bypass in the PH8A open sence their is one in the block? Will this hurt anything? The reason I want to do this is it will add nearly a quart of oil to the system. The engine only hold 4 quarts now so it needs some help, plus the stock filter is a pain to replace. Do you think it will increase flow alot? If so would a PH8A sized PureOne outflow the stock sized PremiumPlus? Thanks for the help guys!!
