Can some one explain to me how Oxidation induction times work using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC)?

I am interested in understand DSC's relationship to the reduction of the anti oxidants, ZDP and the net effects of increasing the total acid number and other polutants in the oil.

In otherwords as additive packages deplete with the reduction of basicity there is an increase in acidity, increase in viscosity, and increase in pentane insoluables right ?

Got me swinging ..but I'd like to know too ..so this bump's for you

No I do not use that type of testing

Correct
