They seem to follow the Euro line new design label.
Anyway here's the specs for both so you don't go back an forth. I didn't think there's a lot to steal from Amsoil on this but I guess they think it's worth it.

Still no dual clutch ATFs (wet and dry). I'd rather saw those coming out to be honest although this is a good piece for many SAE90 applications. VI looks good. NS version next?

Amsoil only recently introduced their CVT fluid.

I suspect that if the market demand appears to large enough for them they would be working on DCT fluids.

How many vehicles in Europe are using DCT trannies?

The thing is RL listed the DCT fluid on their MTF MSDS more than a year ago.

Europe is having about 10% sales in dual clutch and twice that in planetary type automatics. DCT is biting from the MT share too but not too much right now. As higher torque is possible at a lower price and weight they'll probably take on the FWD Diesels segment harder.

Yeah, well I'm waiting on a 75W-80 GL-5 MTF from both of them.
Most FWD french cars need that in spite of helical gear construction.
I certainly hope Amsoil comes out with anything to compete with RL. The winner is always the consumer. The MTF certainly gives the MTL a good run for the money.

I wish they would BOTH (Red Line & Amsoil) come out with a high V.I., 7.5 to 8.0 cSt @ 100* C GL-4 synchromesh fluid!!!
