Rear toe alignment

Took the Altima for an alignment today. Replaced most of the front suspension and the rear springs. They could not get toe in spec right rear. Wondering what part could be bad. I'm not sure what controls toe in back.

Control arm bushing?

The cam bolt is probably frozen in the bushing of the control arm.

They didn't notice anything specific and "maybe because the suspension is old". I had the LCA disconnected for new springs a few days ago and didn't notice anything different from the other side. There is road rash on the hub cap and on that side.
