racing oil for VAG 6-speed gearbox

As I have written in engine oil section...I push my car very hard.

I wonder if there is racing gear box oil (similar product as Motul 300V engine racing oil)

What kind of gearbox? What does the manufacturer specify for it? (weight, change interval, etc0

Motul does make some very good gear oils, such as Gear 300 75w90.

Motul Gear 300. It's their racing gear oil, a 75w-90 GL4 spec with about 15 cSt at 100C.

I didn't see my new car yet - all I know, it is manual 6 gear VAG gear box.

75W-90 is about right
