Question for Schaeffers Reps: Where did they get the name Neutra?

Does Neutra have a special meaning? How did they come up with it? Is there a special history to this stuff? In fact, just when was Neutra first developed? Just curious.

My guess is that acid neutralization is part of the origin. As Bob used to complain, the company should be more aggressive in its marketing and distribution.

I believe it was intended to control & netralize sulphur,in both gas & diesel. I have been using it with great result for the last 3 years.
