Question about Amsoil Signature series 0w30.

Thinking of purchasing some Amsoil 0w30 off Ebay. The heading states the oil is Signature series, but I don't think it is. Just wanted to verify my suspicions and wondered if this is rather old oil..(couldn't find it on Amsoil's website). Thanks

That is the predecessor to Signature Series....6 quarts for $26 (plus shipping?) is a good deal for that....but honestly, don't do it. It's older than 2 months (contrary to his claims). He's got great feedback but he apparently couldn't be bothered to use grammar, punctuation, or proper english in his auction...

For that price, just buy brand new Pennzoil Platinum.

I think this is the old TSO oil, the predesessor to SSO.

And $26 is only the current bid, if you want it you'll have to pay more than that for it. Let him sell it to somebody who doesn't read BITOG

Doesn't look like you could even get it for anything close to the current 26.00 bid. If you click on the sellers 382 feedback rating, you'll see feedback against all of his prior sales of this 0w30 in the past few months. Approx. $40.00 -$50.00+ shipping (23.37) for the 6 quarts, nearly $12/quart. One winning bidder on Nov 8th paid 55.00 + 23.37 shipping = 78.37 for the 6 quarts. That's $13.06/quart! Of course he did avoid paying the governor his tax....
