Is Chevron gas better than Shell gas? What about Exxon?

Which is it? lol.

Is Bud Light better than Miller Lite?

Ford or Chevy?

Google or Yahoo? doh!

1 Shell
2 Yes
3 Ford
4 Google

Any of the conventional oils you mentioned will serve well with a reasonable OCI. I think it's splitting hairs when you are comparing basic, name brand, conventional oils. We have too many examples here to indicate otherwise. Where I work, over 50 work vehicles (currently Dodge and Chevy mini vans) get bulk oil from one of the quick lubes, or maybe Firestone or Goodyear every 5-6k, and we run them to 150k on the clock. There has not been one oil related failure in the 29 years I've been here.

What is meant, is that if your ok with Formula Shell motor oil, then Quaker State should work just fine.

The generally accepted heirarchy of SOPUS dino from lowest to highest is
Formula Shell
Quaker State
Pennzoil.

Yes.
Snagged 2 jugs of closeout 5w30 Torquepower full syn yesterday at Wally for $11 a piece. They finally put it on closeout here on endcap. They previously had it stocked with the $18 QS Horsepower. I guess it looked the same to them. Probably fairly close.

Look at the specs on PP then look at Quaker State. Same oil pretty much??Same holds true with the conventional, makes sense to me now.Quaker State conventional and the new formula PYB makes me think which one????
