Was watching the QS SUV oil commercial and was reading the fine print on the bottom of the screen. Right where they say that QS has proven to provide lower friction as compared to other oils.....the bottom of the screen said "Based on TU5 tests on other 10W-40 oils." What is the TU5 tests?

That must be QS's marketing mantra..."The power to reduce friction." They preach the same thing on their NASCAR commercials. It does at least make me wonder "If Hendrick Motorsports has had the successes they've had using QS (albeit a racing formulation, I'm sure), shouldn't their passenger car oils be pretty good too?"

P.S.
Schmoe, did you get my response about your use of QS 5w-20 syn in the other thread?

Roger that. It wasn't a synthetic back in 02. All they had was the dino juice.
